Control4 home automation possibilities are expanded through the use of the Card Access Ceiling-Mount Wireless Motion Sensor.

The Card Access Ceiling-Mount Wireless Motion Sensor supports Control4 versions using ZigBee PROâ„¢ (V 1.8 or later). This software-controlled, intelligent motion sensor uses passive infrared (PIR) and light level (lux) and is tightly integrated with Control4 Systems. Programming scripts enable high levels of control with a feature rich Composer Properties Page.

The Card Access Ceiling-Mount Wireless Motion Sensor triggers and controls events throughout the Control4 system using object motion, occupancy and room ambient lighting levels to create even more intelligent home automation. This sensor can be used to automatically control room lighting, pathway lighting, exterior lighting, HVAC and audio/video applications both outside the home and within the home.

The Card Access Ceiling-Mount Wireless Motion Sensor also helps the home remain more green, triggering energy savings based on occupancy of rooms and the home as a whole, when used in concert with additional Control4 certified products including wireless switches, dimmers, motorized window coverings, and relays. The sensor controls heating, cooling and lighting systems and helps homes comply with environmental policies while saving money on utilities by conserving resources. Environmental policies complied with through the use of this equipment in concert with other Control4 components include California Title 24 and Canada NBC 2005.

The Card Access Ceiling-Mount Wireless Motion Sensor is CE-approved and RoHS compliant.
